There are 7,000 emergency numbers nationwide. One Pilipinas911 Hotline number is all you need to get rescued, to secure safety.
PILIPINAS911 has a computer-aided system manned by certified and skilled call-takers. We have invested well in technology to guide our call takers to act fast and efficiently during emergencies.
In an emergency, a person’s instinct it to get in touch with only one appropriate responder when in fact and emergency sometimes needs multiple types of responders. For example in a stabbing incident, you do not only need an ambulance but also the police.
For medical emergencies requiring ambulance services, we also coordinate with the target hospital to find out the availability of their resources and to notify them in advance of the patient’s condition.
Emergencies do not select a time to strike, neither do we. Our operations are 24/7and span the entire Philippines.
No matter where you are in the Philippines, we will be able to find the nearest responder.
